Petycja przeciw zachodniemu korytarzowi północnej obwodnicy Olsztyna

My, niżej podpisani, sprzeciwiamy się poprowadzeniu północnej obwodnicy Olsztyna zachodnim korytarzem. Taka inwestycja drogowa bezpowrotnie zmieni niepowtarzalną specyfikę przyrodniczą tych terenów. Zniszczone zostaną siedliska przyrodnicze Doliny Środkowej Łyny, ograniczone zostaną także funkcje rekreacyjne tego obszaru.

Tereny, po których przebiega trasa korytarza zachodniego północnej obwodnicy Olsztyna są siedliskiem wielu chronionych gatunków zwierząt. Jest to również unikatowo ukształtowany krajobraz Warmii Garbatej atrakcyjnej turystycznie. W momencie gdy trasa północnej obwodnicy będzie przebiegać według tego wariantu, harmonijnie funkcjonujący do tej pory obszar ulegnie degradacji.

Ponadto korytarz zachodni jest nieuzasadniony komunikacyjnie - w żaden sposób nie przyczyni się do usprawnienia ruchu drogowego w gminie Dywity, gdyż jest zbyt oddalony od najbardziej zaludnionych miejscowości. Poza tym, nie rozwiąże problemów  komunikacyjnych, przemysłowej części  Olsztyna.

Apelujemy o rozważenie innych wariantów budowy tej obwodnicy.

We, the undersigned, object to the construction of the northern bypass road of the city of Olsztyn through the western corridor. Such an investment will irreversibly change the unique natural character of this area. The natural habitats will be destroyed, and the recreational functions of this will be also limited.

The areas where the route of the western corridor is planned are a habitat for many protected species of animals. It is also a landscape of Warmia which is of unique shape. If the route of the northern bypass is constructed according to this variant, the harmoniously functioning area that has existed so far will be destroyed.

Besides, the western corridor is unjustified in terms of communication: It will not contribute to traffic improvement in Dywity commune, as the planned road is too distant from the most populated localities. It will not even solve the traffic issues of the city of Olsztyn, and of the industrial quarter in particular. Therefore, we call for consideration of other variants of the construction of this bypass road.

Wir, die Unterzeichner, lehnen den Bau der nördlichen Umgehungsstraße von Olsztyn durch den Westkorridor ab.

Eine solche Straßeninvestition wird die Einzigartigkeit dieser Gebiete unwiderruflich verändern. Natürliche Lebensräume werden zerstört und die Erholungsfunktionen des Gebiets werden eingeschränkt.

Die Gebiete, entlang derer die Trasse des Westkorridors der nördlichen Umgehungsstraße von Olsztyn verläuft, sind Lebensraum zahlreicher geschützter Tierarten. Es ist auch eine einzigartig geformte Landschaft der Ermland. Wenn die Trasse des Nordrings dieser Variante folgt, kommt es zu einer Degradierung des bisher harmonisch funktionierenden Gebietes.

Darüber hinaus ist der westliche Korridor kommunikationstechnisch ungerechtfertigt – er wird in keiner Weise zur Verbesserung des Straßenverkehrs in der Gemeinde Dywity beitragen, da er zu weit von den bevölkerungsreichsten Orten entfernt ist. Außerdem werden dadurch die Kommunikationsprobleme im industriellen Teil von Olsztyn nicht gelöst.

Wir bitten Sie dringend, andere Varianten des Baus dieser Umgehungsstraße in Betracht zu nehmen.
